Eric Seltzer maintains an active real estate practice at the firm's New York, New York office.
His work includes the acquisition, development, construction and permanent financing of multi-family housing; the acquisition, development and financing of affordable housing utilizing conventional and mezzanine financing and tax-exempt and taxable bonds, Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, negotiable inclusionary zoning benefits, negotiable real property tax certificates and other Federal, State and City subsidy programs; creation and representation of condominiums and cooperatives; syndication of interests in real estate and representing purchasers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate.
Mr. Seltzer's practice also focuses on real estate-related litigation.
